Pre-launch policy: This page requires legal and merchant review before real-money checkout can be enabled. Public customer-support contact details must be confirmed.
Incomplete checks
If a check fails or does not return sufficient evidence, FairPrice normally restores the reserved scan or credits; this is distinct from a cash refund. Check your wallet and reports first.
Duplicate or unrecognized charges
Do not repeat checkout while an order is pending. Retain the Ziina transaction receipt and FairPrice order reference for support. Payment verification is performed server-side.
Cash refunds and disputes
Refund requests are subject to applicable consumer law and the final published policy. Verified provider refunds may revoke unused FairPrice credits or scans; already consumed services and disputed amounts require an operator review. No blanket waiver of statutory rights is implied.
